Planning a last-minute Cotswolds hen party? Start here

Short on time? Send your Cotswolds hen party date, postcode, group size and activity shortlist so Oliver can check the team’s availability.

A short lead time does not have to mean a rushed-feeling hen party. The quickest way to find out what is possible is to send us the date, venue or postcode, group size and the activities your group likes. Oliver checks which members of the team are free before offering a booking.

Choose one anchor activity

A cocktail masterclass gives your group two hours together without taxis between venues. Choose three cocktails at £40 per person or four at £45, with the ingredients, spirits, ice, mixers, garnishes and glassware included. The minimum charge is based on ten people, even if fewer attend.

If your group would enjoy a creative icebreaker, try 90-minute life drawing. The standard rate is £25 per person, or £22.50 when paid in full. The bride goes free within ten attendees; nine pay at the minimum.

For an evening surprise, a male performer can offer a 15–20 minute show for £180 including travel, subject to availability. A buff butler is £180 for two hours including travel. You can enquire about combinations in one form.

Have these details ready

  • One firm date, or a couple of possible dates.
  • The venue address or a postcode, plus whether it allows outside suppliers.
  • Approximate group size and a preferred time window.
  • Any theme, surprises or access details that matter.

Availability can change quickly, so an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Send the essentials to Oliver and he can tell you what is realistic. You can also ask for a free 15-minute planning call.
