A small hen party can be brilliant. There is more time to talk, everyone gets involved, and you can choose an activity that actually suits the bride. The key is to look at the whole group price, not only the per-person figure on a page.
Can a small group book a cocktail masterclass?
Yes. Our mobile cocktail masterclasses are two hours long, with spirits, ice, mixers, garnishes, ingredients and glassware brought to your venue. Three cocktails cost £40 per person and four cost £45 per person. The minimum charge is based on ten people: £400 or £450. If six friends want the class, they can book by paying that same minimum between them.
That can still make sense if the group wants a proper hosted activity in its own space. Split the total clearly before collecting money, and tell us the real guest count so we can plan the setup and supplies.
What about life drawing?
A life-drawing class is a fun way to bring different friends together, even if nobody has drawn since school. The session lasts 90 minutes. The standard price is £25 per person, or £22.50 per person if paid in full.
For a hen party, the bride goes free within ten total attendees. At that minimum, nine guests pay: £225 at the standard rate or £202.50 paid in full. A smaller group can book by paying the same minimum charge. That gives you a clear total to share before you commit.
Would a buff butler suit a smaller party?
A buff butler is £180 for two hours, with travel included. He can help serve drinks, pour fizz, hand out shots, host games and organise group photos. For a smaller group, that is an easy way to add a host without building the whole afternoon around a class. Tell Oliver the mood you want, and he can talk you through what the butler can do at your venue.
Make the surprise fit the group
A male performer costs £180 for a 15–20 minute show, with travel included and optional photos afterwards. You can give the performer a brief and ask about themes, outfits and whether the finish is a G-string or Full Monty. Check that the bride and the group would enjoy the surprise. Funny, entertaining and spicy are all possible, and the best choice is the one that feels right for your people.
One activity or a combination?
You can ask about any combination of cocktails, life drawing, butlers and performers. A life-drawing class followed by cocktails can make a full afternoon; a butler or performer can add a moment later in the day. The team and timing depend on your date and location, so Oliver checks who is free and closest before quoting. Combination deals may be possible when availability allows.
If your party is staying at a cottage or hired house, ask the venue whether visiting providers and the activities you want are permitted. Send the postcode, group size, date and preferred time when you enquire. For the classes, mention any table, seating or access questions.
Ask a real person to help you choose
Oliver has worked at hen parties since 2018 and personally knows the people he sends. When you enquire, you speak to him. If you are weighing up costs or trying to please different personalities, ask for a free 15-minute planning call.
Tell Oliver about your small-group celebration. Tick as many activities as you like and add anything else the bride would love in the notes.
