Cotswold Hen Party

Privacy & cookies

Last updated: 28 October 2026. Cotswold Hen Party is run by Oliver. If you have a question about your information, email Cotswoldhenparty@gmail.com.

Information you give us

When you enquire, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred reply method, party date, location, group size, activities and any notes. Please avoid sending sensitive personal details in the notes unless they are needed for your request.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to check availability, prepare a quote, answer your questions, arrange a planning call if requested, and manage a booking if you go ahead. We keep an enquiry record in our private website dashboard and send Oliver an email notification. We use this information because you have asked us to take steps towards a booking and, where needed, for our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the business.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. We will not add past enquiries to a marketing list merely because they supplied an email address.

Partners and service providers

If you ask for a chef, accommodation, pamper service or another partner experience, we may recommend a provider. We ask for your explicit permission before sharing your contact details with a named partner, so they can contact you about that request. We also use website hosting and email services to operate the site and handle enquiries.

How long we keep enquiries

We review enquiries that do not become bookings and aim to remove them within 24 months. Booking, payment and accounting records may need to be kept longer where required for business or legal reasons. You can ask us about a particular record at any time.

Analytics and cookies

Essential site functions support the enquiry form and security. We only load optional Google Analytics after you choose to allow analytics cookies. You can reject them or change your choice using the “Cookie settings” button on the site. Analytics helps us understand page visits and which pages lead to enquiries; the enquiry event does not include your name, contact details or message. We do not use your enquiry details for personalised advertising through this setting.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to certain uses by emailing us. We will consider your request under applicable data protection law. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
