Oxford gives you plenty of ways to spend a weekend together, but you do not need to move a whole group between venues for every activity. If you have a house, hotel room or private venue with suitable space, we can bring the party to you. Tell us where you are staying and we will check which of our team can travel to your date.
Start with an activity everyone can join
Our two-hour cocktail masterclass works well as a first-night icebreaker. Choose three cocktails at £40 per person or four at £45. Spirits, ice, mixers, garnishes, ingredients and glassware are included. The minimum charge is £400 or £450 based on ten people; smaller groups can pay the applicable minimum.
For something creative, life drawing is a hosted 90-minute session. It costs £25 per person, or £22.50 if paid in full. The bride goes free within ten total attendees, meaning nine guests pay at the minimum. A smaller group can book at the same minimum charge.
Plan the evening around your group
A buff butler can host games, serve drinks and help with photos for two hours. A male performer can bring a 15–20 minute surprise show. Each starts at £180 per person with travel included; availability and the deposit are confirmed for your location. Ask for more than one if you have a larger group.
You can request any combination. If the group also wants a chef, pampering or an outdoor adventure, ask about our local recommendations. We will get your permission before passing your details to a partner.
